Matthew J. Wilkins, Attorney
biography
Matt grew up in Fresno and Clovis, graduating from Buchanan High School as a valedictorian in 2003. He moved to New York City for college and attended NYU School of Law, one of the country’s top law schools. Matt started his legal career at a prestigious international law firm in New York, representing high-profile corporate clients in complex commercial and securities litigation. Wanting to shift his focus to counseling individual people, he moved back to Fresno to work with his dad. At Wilkins, Drolshagen & Czeshinski LLP, he gained valuable insight into the way insurance companies evaluate and negotiate injury claims.
Eventually, Matt started his own firm to help those who were injured in accidents.
Matt prides himself on giving his clients the attention they deserve. He enjoys meeting with his clients in-person to address their concerns and put them at ease in the face of a complicated and intimidating legal system.
The important part, when recovering from injury following an accident, is to get healthy. That’s why Matt tries to make it easy for his clients to focus on their treatment and recovery, while he works to secure them adequate compensation, especially from insurance companies that try to cut costs. Unlike many personal injury firms, you will receive individual attention when you work with Matt and his paralegal, Katrina.
When not practicing law, Matt is an avid contract bridge player and a board member of the Fresno Bridge Club.
